However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations.
To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Our 30-Day Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. The "Fast-Track" Store Credit Resolution (Recommended) 🎁
To provide the fastest resolution and avoid international banking processing times, our primary and most efficient method of refund is via Vouzelle Store Credit (Digital Gift Card).
- Zero Hassle: Store credit is issued immediately upon approval of your request by our support team.
- No Expiry: Your digital gift card will never expire and can be applied to any future order, including bundles and promotional items.
- Shipping Waiver: If you opt for Store Credit, our team may, at their sole discretion, waive the requirement for you to ship the physical item back to our facilities, saving you return shipping costs and effort.
3. Strict Conditions for Cash Refunds
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the following mandatory conditions apply without exception:
- Hygiene & Condition Regulations: Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations governing shapewear and intimates, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene liners firmly intact. We recommend trying on shapewear over your own underwear. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns of garments that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or where the hygiene seal has been removed or altered.
- Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers are fully responsible for paying all return shipping costs to our designated international processing facility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees (and Shipping Protection fees, if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
You must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the defect and your order number.
Upon verification, we will gladly issue a free replacement or full Store Credit.
5. Order Cancellations
Our logistics team processes orders swiftly to ensure prompt delivery.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment stage or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a standard return upon delivery.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our dedicated support team at support@vouzelle.com.
You must include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request. Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package.
Our team will evaluate your request and provide you with the correct authorised return address and instructions.
