Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for priority dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is completely separate from the transit time.

Shipping Options & Premium Handling

To provide the best service, we offer various delivery tiers at checkout. Please note that premium tiers (such as Priority or Insured Shipping) provide priority handling in our warehouse and fast-track your order preparation. These options ensure your Vouzelle pieces are dispatched first, though they do not bypass the standard international transit times.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with trusted global fulfilment partners to offer you our premium shapewear and lifestyle accessories at the most competitive prices. Once your order has been processed and leaves our facilities, standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes between 5 to 15 business days.

Unexpected Delays & Stock Shortages

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, please be aware that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Your order may occasionally experience delays due to factors outside of our direct control, including:

  • High Demand or Stock Shortages: If an exclusive Vouzelle item goes out of stock unexpectedly after your order is placed, it may take additional days to source and ship the product.
  • Global Logistical Issues: Courier delays, customs processing at the UK border, or severe weather conditions.

If your order experiences a significant delay, our support team will do their best to keep you informed. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and accept that these external factors may extend the delivery window.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system. You can track your order at any time directly on our website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you added our "Shipping Protection" to your cart before checkout, your order is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@vouzelle.com so we can issue a replacement.

If standard checkout was completed without Shipping Protection, please contact the courier directly for assistance, though our customer care team will always do their best to help you locate your package.
